Being one of the cheaper hotels, we were really surprised to find the hotel closed when we arrived. Met a hiker though who told us that we should have recieved a code via mail to enter into the hotel. No such code was found. I called the hotel# and was told they'll arrive to sort it out. A nice lady turned up and gave us the keys. We also had drinks in the bar once we checked in. The two ladies taking care of us were very nice.

Comfortable bed, good TV, good shower although could have done with a shower curtain to help stop getting water on the floor. Amazing location, Sargans is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. A lovely quiet room with a very comfortable bed, so effectively sound-proofed that I could hear nothing of a party (including a drummer) that was in a nearby function room. A good en-suite bathroom.
