However it is too expensive, beyond reason. 6CHF for a cup of tea. 9CHF for a bottle of sparkling water.

We only stayed for 1 night to catch the Glacier Express the next day. By the time we checked in and got settled, most points of attraction had closed except shops. Would have liked to arrive earlier in the day to explore. However, our one night stay was quite pricey (probably the most I have ever paid for a room hotel - granted this is St. Moritz at Christmas and we had a “family room” (queen bed room with adjacent room with bunk beds).
However, I fully enjoyed the Glacier Express, even though it was snowy & cloudy. Would love to do it again in the summer!

We went off season so many places were closed but what was open was perfect - a friendly welcome from everywhere we went. The Engadinia restaurant and the Parkhotel Margna in Sils were ideal places to eat. St. Moritz is easy to get around - we walked everywhere.
Great place to visit

It may be a rich man's play ground and the shops and the prices reflect that. It is a pleasant place to stay and the scenery is wonderful, but there are many other places in Switzerland where that is true. We stayed there because we wanted to travel on the Glacier Express and that ride is spectacular. We would not bother with St Moritz in the Summer otherwise.

Great location up in that mountain at 2000 m.
Great location up in that mountain at 2000 m. Superb staff especially Grillo & GIORGIA / very positive experience all together / I would indeed recommend this place to all mountain lovers
Such a really beautiful hotel with an amazing location beside the train station and the lake. I think it is a bit far from the center, but I was just really there as a stopover night in between my Glacier Express and Bernina. The room was clean. Bathroom included a tub, too! I unfortunately did not get to have breakfast as I was running late, but I had dinner at their restaurant, which was really good. They also offer a shuttle from the station. Would really love to stay here again.
The staff was very helpful and heartwarming, and the beds in the room were the best we've experienced in our trip through Switzerland!
The restaurant served us very delicious food with again a delightful personal service from the staff. Plus, the view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking!
We will definitely consider spending nights in this place again if we visit St. Moritz in the future!
I loved EVERYTHING about this place. The room had a Small Kitchenette, strong WiFi, clean facilities, easy to access and close to everything. Even Laundry in building! Bus station just minutes walking and also Lake St. Moritz. Daniel was an incredible host. I will be back here I hope every soon. Also multiple Grocery stores close by. Came during off season and was upgraded to an available larger room.
This hotel used to have the best breakfast in Europe, now its not even close. Bare minimum. Spa is nice, but choose your therapist wisely, rooms are not upgraded . Everything in the hotel in short is like this : lets satisfy the bare minimum for 5 stars hotel. Mediocre food. However the stuff - reception, concierge, bellboys, housekeepers, everyone - really great! Bravo and thank you.
It was warm and welcoming with old world charm. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was wonderful as was breakfast the next morning. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location with lake views and a short walk to the train station and town centre. Would highly recommend this hotel and wished we were there longer.
The hotel is situated right at the city center. You will not have a hard time looking for places to eat or shop. The breakfast they served was wonderful. One of the best I had during my stay in Switzerland. They have an indoor swimming pool and sauna room. They also offer spa massage services which I really liked because this was the last leg of my trip.
Our third stay at Reine Victoria - I love it even more now, after its renovation. Perfect hotel for a family with young children. Huge family rooms, lovely Kids Club, free access to Ovavera Spa next door, amazing canteen at the Spa with very reasonable prices for Switzerland, great food delivery from a number of different restaurants, great breakfast.
Gorgeous scenery and a terrific aqua therapy spa and sauna. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were very nice. This is the perfect spot for a ski trip or for nature excursions. Hotel shuttle to and from St. Moritz enabled us to almost exclusively use public transportation. Taxis are readily available. There is great shopping in St. Moritz.
Excellent location with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains from the room and from the restaurant. Restaurant chef serves very delicious food.
Hotel is easily accessible from train station. The pick-up service from and to the train station is very thoughtful and much appreciated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
3 person room was huge for 2 people! Two lavatories & large windows (no balcony). Super space to move around both for business & leisure. Perfect location & lovely restaurant downstairs where we ate most evenings or ordered a take-out to the room. Staff throughout the hotel are ever so friendly - absolutely delightful !
This hotel and staff provided a memorable experience and renewed my faith in the hospitality sector. The staff, every last person, gave impeccable service. The hotel itself was magical. I am so thankful we were able to experience St. Moritz with Hotel Schweizerhof and can't recommend them high enough.
Staff is very helpful. Really helped us with directions and recommendations. Breakfast is good as it's in the hotel restaurant (La Stalla). We got a big room as we were upgraded. The Mountain railway cards are very helpful as it gave us free rides to the mountains
The staff were not cooperative, they did not accept our vaccinations and had us pay 150 f to translate them. We went different countries and none of them rejected our vaccination certificates. Even other places in Switzerland had no issues with it.
The views and location were excellent. Close to shops and fine restaurants. The staff were very friendly and very helpful especially the wonderful gentleman at the reception. We love our room. I would definitely recommend the Languard hotel.
Breakfast is great and the food is good for dinner as I have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel too. The hotel has provided shuttle to and from the train station and the arrangement is flexible and quick.
Very comfortable beds and spacious room with balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to the train station and dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
Switzerland is eye-wateringly expensive so this accommodation - whilst basic - was a welcome alternative. Staff were very friendly and the place was spotless.
