We were driving home from Italy to Germany and appreciated that we could check-in at any time since it was all automated. Since we were just arriving late at night and leaving early morning, we loved it. It's a very basic hotel, but for people in transit it's good. Just a note - parking is across the street and is public.

Wonderful place to stay for a hike in the region or just overnight. It really shows how old hotels in remote places can survive with good taste and good management. The restaurant is also first class and worth the trip.

I even got a free room upgrade. Breakfast in the morning was very good. And the location is so nice, I could spend more days here.
