In transit from Italy to UK. Time spent was limited to hotel visit for partners birthday. The area around Samedan is absolutely beautiful. We travelled on the Bernina Express which was magnificent. Train and bus services generally are excellent, connecting with each other. Trains run on time.

Nice friendly town. Great train and bus connections. More homey feeling than St. Moritz. Scenery is stunning! Restaurants are plentiful during high seasons, but very limited in off-season, but the ones open were offering tasty food!

They gave us complimentary drink (wine to be exact). We ate in their pizerria and since i’ve been to naples italy ,their pizza is almost the same.My whole family enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we will recommend this to everyone.

The breakfast is AMAZING, not just in variety, but also in quality. They have the best croissants on the planet. We booked a small room which was fine for a one-night stay. We went for a short walk and enjoyed a nap outside on the lounge chairs (with cozy blankets provided). The terrasse offers stunning views and dinner was delicious, with large portions.

The hotel provides a spa voucher with bathrobe and towels, which is very nice. The spa is in another building very close to the hotel. They also give you a bus ticket for the duration of your stay that allows you to travel for free in the region, a nice plus. Breakfast is fine, cold dishes of good quality. Also coffee and tea as usual.

There is plenty of space in the apartment and everything functioned very well.
