Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Saas Fee is stunning.
Saas Fee is stunning. The resort was excellent and everyone there was really nice and very polite. The restaurants we ate at were of a very high quality and being Switzerland you expect to pay fairly high prices. The Apres and nightlife was better than other resorts I've visited and I think the people made that the case. We went in January and were apparently very lucky with the weather being sunny as according to a local its usually blizzards. Please note that the pistes face north so were shaded near the bottom. For more sun exposure we drove 5mins to Saas Grund which our ski pass covered. Saas Grund hasn't as many runs but it was still worth a day trip. To summarise I would definitely hit this place up again.
The best location one can ask for both to access the main lift and to walk back from the bottom of the ski piste at the end of the day. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The staff was very kind and attentive, the room very spacious and with a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast was generous. There has been a separate area for the skis and boots to be heated so that it can dry for the day after.
The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs.
I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service.
The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool.
I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.
Great location, it is close by the ski slopes, however if you don't like to walk 5-7 minutes, the hotel offers you free rides to and from the slopes.
Both Spa areas are nice, the swimming pool could be a bit warmer.
The food was great, breakfast is good as well.
The Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The tea and cookies time is a great idea.
The assistance by the hotel to get to the ski hire shop and to the bus terminal was really appreciated and made any questions of location irrelevant. Good standard of rooms. Loved the hotel ski locker up by the lifts/Intersport. Thank you aslo for the advice about where to watch the Arsenal vs Liverpool game. The One pub is just 100 meters away!
The lodge is exceptionally well decorated and cosy, it makes you feel at home and every item of furniture matches the overall ambiance.
The room we selected (suite with spa), had a superb view on the village and the mountain. Definitely recommend it.
The hotel is family owned, and they are super friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a perfect location just a few meters from the cable car. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and with an unreal view of the glaciers. Each room has a large terrace. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is excellent. The spa is great. Everything is cozy, charming, and delightful for a true getaway.
Perfect location to enjoy everything offered by Saas Fee. Close to the shops, close to the ski area. Appartement was very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped, very clean. Lisolette is very friendly and welcoming. This is the second time we have stayed at Chateau A&B and we have been very happy both times.
Waldhotel Fletschhorn is one of these unique places where one regrets not being able to attribute a 6th star (although the hotel is only rated 4*). The unbeatable view of the mountains coupled with the kindness and professionalism of the staff makes it a must-see in Saas-Fee.
The room is perfect, very comfy and spacious. The shower is fantastic. The location of the hotel is great, near the bus station. The breakfast is good. The owners that work there are so nice and gentle, they gave us helpful information more than once.
Everything was excellent! It's a must stay while in Saas-Fee. The breakfast was fabulous, with a vast variety of food. The owner and his family were very helpful and kind. The hotel is ideally located!
very clean, excellent breakfast, great service through the reception of the sister hotel the Larix. fantastic a la carte restaurant at the hotel, walking distance to the skilift
