Saas-Almagell a quiet village a short bus ride from Sass Fee. It was nice to be away from the noise and crowds of Sass Fee. The scenery in the Sass valley is amazing. I'm definitely going to come back in the spring to do some hiking.

Breakfast was excellent with staff preparing eggs done upon demand, fresh food, variety and local products. Room and hotel were clean and super quiet, great to relax. Conveniently located next to Saas Almagell Dorfplatz bus stop (to get to Saas Fee).

We went hiking around, took a look to the Mattmark Dam and went hiking around Matterhorn for one day. The hotel was accesible by car (end of September). By the time we went the house was partly under construction so it will be even nicer by now.
