We were accomodated with everything we needed with friendly service and smiles. No one was stressed and all were efficient. We could hardly believe we were in Switzerland. The room was very comforable with a a lovely balcony view. Plenty of room in the bathroom for toiletries and bathrobes. Enough closet space for the heavy clothes and floor space for suitcases and shoes. Even the guests were relaxed and friendly in this atmosphere.

The Vetter staff was really nice, and went out of their way to help us have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, especially the birchermüseli and bread selection. The view was lovely, and the room was comfortable.
Parpan is a lovely little ski village. It wont cater well if you have novices as ski school requirements are not easy to get to. Stay in Lenzerheide or Churwalden or Arosa for that. But this is a little gem of a resort to get to from Zurich airport by train. The skiing was fantastic. Me and kids really enjoyed the whole area. We generally stayed on blues. At their level we avoided starting off the Heimburg lift as Blue 28 was too challenging and narrow. Head to Churwalden or Valbella for a more extensive range of easier runs. Had some great steaks at Obertor Grill.

Excellent location in the mountains, quiet, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was excellent. We got a lot of information at reception and she did everything she could to welcome us and assist as much as she could. The 3 star hotel overall had excellent although the room is not big but clean and the location is worth it. According to the reviews we read before arrival we were expecting breakfast with more selection but overall it was just fine with capucino eggs and more
Everything from the friendly reception staff, location, facilities and great home cooked food at night. Fab breakfast too.
Staff very helpful & couldn't do enough for us.
We had a problem with our vehicle which meant we had to stay over another night.
They couldn't of been more accommodating taking the stress out of the situation.
We would fully recommend a stay at this hotel.
What a fantastic couple.
Mid-sized family run hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Convenient location about 7-8 min walk to the lift. and can ski to about 50 meters of entrance. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Charging available for electric vehicles, a big plus (only overnight though). Excellent value for money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location, plenty choices for breakfast, quiet rooms and the ski/bike room was perfect to store our bikes overnight. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent. We highly recommend this lovely hotel!
The hotel was very close to Lenzerheide where we spent two days hiking and swimming. It was dog friendly, easy to find and offered a very good breakfast with many local products. The room was quite big as well as the bathroom and had a very nice view.

This was a stop off hotel for us as we wanted to do the pradaschier toboggan in churwalden. The location was okay close to pradaschier. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. They gave some chocolate before we left which was cute
