Beautiful location within very short distance from very nice hiking paths and very close to the Aletsch glacier. I loved! The surroundings and scenery are breathtaking and make you feel grateful To the Universe for the opportunity to see them. We did go to Bettmeralp, which is incredible. No restaurant but hotel provides a shuttle service in the evening to the restaurants in town. Hotel is a short but steepish climb up from the train/cable car stations. The spa is a good place to relax after a day in the snow (or a rainy day).

To hotel is old fashioned but everything works and is clean which is what really matters. A good breakfast is included in the price.
