Location, middle of town. Room was nice and comfortable. When I checked in late at night, Roman carried my bags to my room and upgraded me to a suite and it was wonderful!

I you search for an unconventional stay with lots of charm then that’s the place for you. The hotel is renovated in such a way to show the oldness with a charm. They have a very good concept to enhance interaction with the customers. The rooms have no WiFi nor TV. The lobby is very comfy with large leather sofas offering coffee or tea all day for free. The breakfast is served in the bar which is like a trendy city coffee place with nice music. The restaurants are very good and the personnel genuinely friendly.

The entire area is a paradise for mountain lovers in summer one can do MTB in the bike park, road cycling, trail and mountain running, of course hiking. In winter cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and snowboarding are available.
The big bonus is that within proximity you have a lot of places to explore - Churwalden, Arosa, Davos, the city of Chur just to name a few.

Beautiful mountain town and a great place to stay in the hot...
Beautiful mountain town and a great place to stay in the hot summer days (mid August). The lake is a great bonus for children and for walking/running. There are numerous activities in the mountains surrounding Lenzerheide. We especialy enjoyed the trip up to the Rothorn peak, and the family playground and walk near Tgantieni.
Beautiful and spacious chalet with a stunning view from the terrace and the balcony. It is located on a small holiday park, but the chalets are on the edge of the park and facing away from it, so you don't really notice it once you are inside. There is an underground parking garage with direct access to the accommodation, which is very convenient. The Rothorn cable car station, Lenzerheide main street (with various dining options) and numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance.
- The view, and room, a true memorable experience. The USP (Unique Selling Point) of this hotel.
- The simple and practical room for riders, easy to put you gears and connected devices.
- The bike room and washing bike facilities
- The location. At the start of the bike park and near the lake
- Clean, practical.
- The staff at the bar and restaurant are friendly and nice.
- Food of restaurant is good, quality meat and veggies.
- Restaurant/Bar and terrasse
they offer great vegan breakfast.. staff is super friendly and helpful. It is a bit what IKEA would do if they would run a hotel, highly pragmatic and tuned down to the essentials. Great toiletries, nice bedding, all important stuff is there... in an old building with a lot of charm, stunning historical details and with a beautiful view...
Breakfast was simple but very tasty. The rooms are basic, but very modern and very clean. The location is outside 'downtown' Lenzerheide, but certainly not too far. It's a nice setting, right next to the langlauf facilities. For alpine skiing it's a short car ride (or bus ride, the stop is next to the hotel) to the Lenzerheide ski slopes.
The property is very well located, pleasant atmosphere and clean. Breakfast Buffet is very nice and it is very cool to be able to have coffee and tea the entire day for free. The pizza at the bar are one of the best I hate in Switzerland.
Beds are very confortable.
It was our second stay in this hotel because we missed it so much. The hotel was stunning, so much attention to detail and authenticity. It was very cozy, very clean and comfortable. The views from bedroom was breath taking and we will certainly come back.
This is a fantastic hotel with a great location and fantastic and helpful staff. Everyone speaks English and is more than willing to give directions or recommendations. We will return to Lenzerheide and stay again at Lai Lifestyle.
- Extremely good value for money. Skiing has become so expensive and not everybody can afford to stay at one of the fancy hotels that are popping up everywhere.
- Good breakfast (not included, but totally worth the extra pay)
Great hotel, located close to slopes and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. Great food at a restaurant. Spa is open until 10pm which we really appreciated after a long skiing day.
Everything was perfect. The spa, the room , the communication with the staff , the landscape...
I would give 5 stars to this hotel ;)
Happy to go back anytime :D
