The family room's balcony can see a bit of the waterfall—that was super nice in the evening with the lights! Breakfast was the usual thing. I like the fresh croissant and chocolate milk, with good variety! Be mindful that the reception closes at 10 p.m. on Sundays! We arrived at just 9:45 p.m. You have to pay for the parking there.

Everything was great! It was so close to the train station, there was a bar and restaurant in the bottom level and it was super close to the famous waterfalls and restaurants. We had the best bartender ever! I believe her name was Antal. She was so accommodating and gave such good advice for activities, adventures, etc. She really is what made our stay so special!

Amazing cozy apartment that made us feel at home. The apartment is right next to the bus stop and it is right in the middle of the valley with an amazing view. Reka was a super host to us and she helped us with our luggage while we waited for our next accommodation. We can’t wait to return!

The location was very good, very close to the train station and cable car. The room was quite spacious, well decorated and with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly. It had a good luggage room, kitchen, laundry etc. Everything was spic and span. It was very good value for money.

One of the top wonderful creations of God!
One of the top wonderful creations of God! A must visit place in Swiss. It's really a cute fairytale valley surrounded by mighty mountain ranges on either sides flowing numerous Loud-Fountains (in German, Lauterbrunnen 😀) We were staying there and have plans with my family to re-visit again and again 😀 a lot to explore still.

This valley is beautiful.
This valley is beautiful. It had amazing views and mutliple things to do. The restaurants weren't the best with exception to Restaurant Weidstübli and Betty's Corn Dogs. Those two places were amazing! The town vas very crowded at times and we were there in the sholder season. Not sure if I would visit here in the summer because the downtown area is very limited.

Excellent rail link from Interlaken and then access by train or cable car to various mountains. Whilst the village is quiet it has a coffee shop and a few other shops open during March, I'm sure many more in the Summer.

The town Lauterbrunnen is wonderful.
The town Lauterbrunnen is wonderful. Small town with a cliff on both sides. Very scenic. Murren and Shilthorn the Ski Attractions are accessible through Lauterbrunnen. Nice cosy hotels and wonderful food and friendly people is what Lauterbrunnen offers. Its very close to the wonderful town Wengen (20 min via train) which is at a Hill top opposite to Lauterbrunnen and connects to Jungfrau - The Top of Europe. Lauterbrunnen is a must visit town if one is visiting Switzerland and wants to enjoy a very scenic and less crowded experience.

The place view is beautiful especially the Staubacch Falls. The property manager is very helpful he was very detailed about entering to the property. If you have questions or problems you can easily contacted him via phone or WhatsApp and he will answer your call right then.

Switzerland is so expensive, yet this hostel provides a budget stay with a great location and comfortable beds. We stayed here in a 4 person bunk room with our teenage daughter to hike for 4 days. We shopped for groceries at the supermarket across the street and appreciated the ability to make ourselves an inexpensive breakfast each day and make sandwiches for a packed lunch each day for our hikes. Our room #4 had a door to the outside balcony with a gorgeous view.

We stayed in a room with a balcony and valley views, which was amazing to wake up to and relax on in the evening. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the train station via a short walk. All the staff are lovely. I'd read several reviews before arriving which said the manager, Adam, was fantastic. I would definitely agree. He was very welcoming and friendly, and was really helpful with advice and tips for our daytrips.
