Location was great, rooms have water view balconies. Lighting a little dark in the room and carpet had some stains but otherwise clean and quiet even with a young family in the next room. Indoor parking was nice. Pool and sauna a great bonus. I would stay there again!

The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Since we wanted to extend our stay and there was only the suite left we were provided a very nice upgrade from the front office manager Paul. This left us with an unique experience of the hotel and Lucerne. We also really liked the private terrace area in front of the lake. Big thumbs up from us. Room was super clean, spacious, modern, I liked the touch-control hub for all lights in the room. Only awkward thing, the shower curtain blocks out the bathroom light so you have to shower with it open, and the bathroom window opens on to the road. Otherwise, really great place, exactly what i want out of a work hotel.

The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.

The hot water in the bathroom was amazing and I even loved the extra conditioner and the body milk cream.
