Super spacious apartment, nice living room and a hearth that gives an amazing sphere. Looks a lot more spacious than in the pictures. Kitchen is also very modern (induction - allows you to cook fast).

Klosters Serneus is a very nice village with a direct connection to the ski area of Klosters Serneus. The slopes are well prepared, the ski lifts are modern and fast, and the slopes are wide. It is not the place for Austrian style apres ski. This resort is more US style, up market and relaxed.

Thermal bad hotel only 10 mins drive to Klosters. We loved the old historic style of the hotel as well as enjoyed very much the spa. We had a full cottage just for our family right behind the hotel. We ate there dinner and breakfast---very tasty but somewhat limited menu choices and size of some portions very small. Some of the staff (at the reception) were very friendly and my boys very much enjoyed the Valentine's Day chocolates. Usage of the spa and pool was perfect after a long ski day.
Even though in Saas, the hotel is very well located: 12 minutes away by car from Parsenn gondola in Klosters and even closer to Madrisa. Further, the building is right next to a bus stop, so anyone wanting to use public transport will be quickly on their way. The train station is few minutes away too. The room I was staying in was spacious, clean and featured georgeous view of the valley from a quiet balcony. There is ample parking available on site for 10 CHF per night.
We got a very huge flat (2 bedrooms) for a very cheap cost. Of course it is an old hotel, forniture was old, but it was clean. Bathroom was fine, the bathtub seemed new, towels were new and soft. It was cold, but there were 2 electrical heaters. Given the price, it was fine. In the sitting room there was a huge TV screen, my son loved it. We paid extra for the breakfast but maybe this was not worth it.
The Hotel is located in my favorite location in Alps. It was very easy to go there by car. The bus stop is just in front of the Hotel. The train station is 5 minutes by walk . Ski slopes are accessible in 12 minutes by public transport . I got free card for using public Transport and it was very helpful . I loved the panoramic views from the balcony. I will definitely go back .

Their pizza is just amazing!
The drinks are very well served and at a fair price.
Water by the pool was nice.
The hotel facilities are quite good and the landscape contributed a lot for our great experience there.
Very nice buffet. They were very accommodating for people with a gluten allergy. Staff, especially George were super kind and welcoming. Best service at a hotel. The steam room and sauna was also really nice to use after a long day after skiing
The hotel is super comfortable (mattress is amazing!) with very friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Location is perfect for skiers and the breakfast buffet is heaven.
George and Aniko were sooo welcoming. They did everything to make our stay special and it was. What lovely hosts and what a lovely stay. This couple make the hotel worth staying at!
