Even though they speak neither German nor English, the hosts were very kind. They made everything possible to find a solution that works for us.
One of the two rooms we got had a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice balcony and roomy bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of options. The wellness center was wonderful with pool large enough to swim laps and also jets for massage. Plenty of space in sauna and relaxation area. Also yoga and workout room. The only missing thing was the hot tub which was out of service.
Located 919 feet from the Jakobshorn cable car, Hotel Ochsen by Mountain Hotels offers bright rooms with balconies and free WiFi. There is a stylish, dimly lit cocktail bar and a ski pass vendor.

The location and the fact that is is a traditional Swiss property.

Very friendly staff and great service! We asked to change our room on arrival (as the previous guest seemed to have smoked and we are sensitive to smells) and it was done immediately without any problems. The food was very tasty. The hotel shuttle bus service to Madrisa and Gotschna is excellent. We also had friends over for drinks at the lobby and dinner at the restaurant and everyone had a great time.

Klosters Serneus is a very nice village with a direct connection to the ski area of Klosters Serneus. The slopes are well prepared, the ski lifts are modern and fast, and the slopes are wide. It is not the place for Austrian style apres ski. This resort is more US style, up market and relaxed.

Even though in Saas, the hotel is very well located: 12 minutes away by car from Parsenn gondola in Klosters and even closer to Madrisa. Further, the building is right next to a bus stop, so anyone wanting to use public transport will be quickly on their way. The train station is few minutes away too. The room I was staying in was spacious, clean and featured georgeous view of the valley from a quiet balcony. There is ample parking available on site for 10 CHF per night.
We got a very huge flat (2 bedrooms) for a very cheap cost. Of course it is an old hotel, forniture was old, but it was clean. Bathroom was fine, the bathtub seemed new, towels were new and soft. It was cold, but there were 2 electrical heaters. Given the price, it was fine. In the sitting room there was a huge TV screen, my son loved it. We paid extra for the breakfast but maybe this was not worth it.
The Hotel is located in my favorite location in Alps. It was very easy to go there by car. The bus stop is just in front of the Hotel. The train station is 5 minutes by walk . Ski slopes are accessible in 12 minutes by public transport . I got free card for using public Transport and it was very helpful . I loved the panoramic views from the balcony. I will definitely go back .

Their pizza is just amazing!
The drinks are very well served and at a fair price.
Water by the pool was nice.
The hotel facilities are quite good and the landscape contributed a lot for our great experience there.
Very nice buffet. They were very accommodating for people with a gluten allergy. Staff, especially George were super kind and welcoming. Best service at a hotel. The steam room and sauna was also really nice to use after a long day after skiing
Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is comfortable and cozy, perfect place to stay during a skiing holiday. Only 10 mins drive from the lift. The spa was ideal for a a relaxing experience after a day on the slopes.
The hotel is super comfortable (mattress is amazing!) with very friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Location is perfect for skiers and the breakfast buffet is heaven.
