    The hotel is super well located, just by the Ilanz train station, and a 10 min drive from Falera or Laax ski lifts. The room we had was great, spacious, with balcony and a pretty view to the city. Breakfast was simple but with quality, good eggs, bacon, breads and spreads. Also, there was limited free parking, but a paid covered garage direct under the building, which was quite convenient considering the blizzard we caught. I would love to be back!

    The hotel and especially the room was excellent. It was something between modern and old style furniture. The bathroom was very good equipped. We even had a balcony with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there was nothing that wasn't there. They even had a bicycle room free of charge. We will come again - definitely!

    We appreciated the very friendly staff and the quality/freshness of the food. The restaurant of the hotel serves a selection of Thai dishes that are excellent. The rooms are very clean and quite well insulated from noise. The hotel has a parking space that we could use for free and it is 10-15 minutes by car from two excellent ski resorts.

    The breakfast buffet spread is pretty good. The service is great! The staff is always friendly and kind. The bathroom looked new and it was pretty clean. Also, the location is perfect, right by the station and there is a supermarket opposite the hotel which was helpful.

    The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were separate as described (only across the hall). The hotel was really clean, tidy and provided everything we needed. The hotel had lockable storage for bicycles. We ate at the hotel and the food was really good.

    Very friendly staff and nice, spacy, room. Breakfast was great, and had a large selection. The view from the rooms is great. Having spent many times in the area, staying at this hotel was a first, but I'd definitely stay again.

    Hotel had a free parking. Good breakfast with warm and cold dishes. Nice two bedroom room, very good for families. Good restaurant. Hotel is located in the center of town. Supermarkets and shopping center just next to the hotel.

    Breakfast was nice, they were very accommodating to our pet dog and we had a nice meal at the hotel in the evening. We were skiing in Laax so a short drive (10 mins) from the hotel to the resort on both days to go skiing.

    We are traveling for a month, and this is, by far, the nicest hotel on the trip! The staff is really great! The breakfast is delicious! The room is comfortable and has an incredible view and patio! I love this hotel!

    The hotel is very pretty and modern. The rooms are modern, very clean and the view from the big windows is superb. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.
