Location was convenient and close to the train station, very easy to find. Flat walking surfaces from station to hotel. Check in process was quick and easy. Hôtel area located in nice old town village. Buffet breakfast was great too!

1. Our grandchild left her stuffed dog toy in the bed and we did not have time to get it. I made the reception and management aware of the problem and was called the next morning after check-out and informed that the toy had been located by examining all bedding to be washed., and that it would be mailed back to us. That is GREAT SERVICE!
2. The restaurant is very conveniently located in the hotel and we were happy with the meals and service.
3. The bus to the rail station is right outside the entrance and free if using the "Graubünden Guest Card"
