Very nice, fairly new family hotel with excellent amenities and facilities for the price. Kids play area, a good restaurant, very nice staff and clean rooms with a touch of special design. The kids and we loved it.

It's in a super nice location, directly in the old town. Very close to everything you want to see, to a lot of restaurants and bars. Couldn't be better. Breakfast tastes good, staff is friendly.

1. Our grandchild left her stuffed dog toy in the bed and we did not have time to get it. I made the reception and management aware of the problem and was called the next morning after check-out and informed that the toy had been located by examining all bedding to be washed., and that it would be mailed back to us. That is GREAT SERVICE! 2. The restaurant is very conveniently located in the hotel and we were happy with the meals and service. 3. The bus to the rail station is right outside the entrance and free if using the "Graubünden Guest Card"
