They gave us a free upgrade.
This is a very good 4 Star hotel and it made feel like we are in a Five-star hotel.
The staff were very welcoming very hard-working, very polite, and going out of the way to help us in every single way.
Nice firm Big Double Bed
Great Breakfast….. which started early around 6:30 AM which was great compared to other hotels which would start only at around 8 or 9 AM……. Check out was 12 PM which was another plus point but we didn’t wait that long. We left by 10 AM.
It was just too good in all ways and we will definitely return again .

Nice little town to pop in if you are in the area anyway, not really a true destination. You can see everything there is to see in one evening. Best fancy dinner we had at "The tonnellier" restaurant-definitely worth 5 stars! Best burger we had at "Fry Burger Gourmet" fast food, near the train station. Be aware though, that a 4 persons meal in Switzerland could easily cost as much as an airfare!

Bulle is a tiny city, it's pretty but unless you are going to visit the Gruyere Museum or Cailler chocolate museum there is not much to do. Stores close at 4pm on Saturday... and everything is closed on Sunday.AnnickSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Lots to see and do for a little town.
Lots to see and do for a little town. The museum has very low lighting due to the need to preserve exhibits. But it is really good, lots to read, hear and look at about the social history of the region. In German,French&English. Lots of cafes and restaurants. A big market "square" in front of the castle. I was involved in Government to Government negotiations and...
I was involved in Government to Government negotiations and so the Government office meeting place was a favourite spot in view of the cordial discussions, good snacks & chocolates and serene environment. I ate at Alibaba, it had good choice of meals. Getting around Bulle was tricky, I took time to master the routes and did not seem to have mastered the place properly by the time I left. It happens for some of us who prefer staying indoor most times. In view of the tight schedule and the fact that our meetings were with Government officials at Bern, travel by train was fun. It was nice viewing cattle in the beautiful countryside environment and also taking a nap in the peaceful train ride

The room was comfortable and warm, with basic facilities for our stay. Good place for a short weekend getaway with nice decor and cozy furniture. The connection to Charmey allowed us to visit the Desalpes parade on Saturday morning and was a nice base from which to do some gift and holiday shopping in Bulle. Nearby to restaurants, the older section of town, and walks/hikes into Gruyeres.

The question we asked through WhatsApp was answered very quickly as well. Everything seems very new, and is very comfortable (couch, bed, pillows). The location is also ideal, since it is immediately beside the Bulle train station and rooms even overlook the tracks. There are also shops attached to the hotel building, including a Migros that is open 7 days a week!

The hotel staff are all very kind and full of hospitality. The location was also very nice, especially when travelling by trains. The nearest hotel from the Bulle station. Few minutes walk to the city central. The restaurant in house serves only for breakfast, but there are many restaurants around. I will defenetely stay at this hotel again when I visit this town next time.
