Breil has kept a lot of character and nice "small-town" feeling. It is a great base for outdoor activities in the middle of Surselva. From there, you can explore many other areas, especially in winter for ski touring.

They even expanded the infrastructure compared to our previous stay with the addition of three outdoor bubble baths. The restaurant is also amazing! We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and we had a really great time every evening, we tried all desserts and nearly every meal on the menu, and we weren't disappointed once! High marks also for the dinners but I suggest making a reservation for dinner, very popular with locals.Only distraction would be a shared bathroom but with just a few guest rooms it wasn't a problem. Just passing through Breil/Brigels and only stayed two nights, but if I visit again Surselva would be my first choice. Highly recommended.

Very decent and good value for money. Not super luxurious but absolutely nice, modern and comfortable. Only thing to note is there is no in-house restaurant for dinner.
