The hotel and the rooms are simple but nice and clean.
Toilet and shower are shared, but there were 2 showers and 2 toilets in 3 locations for 4 rooms, plus a sink in the room.
The staff / owner was exceptionally helpful, letting us check in well before the official check in time, providing the possibility for a breakfast in the middle of the night, letting us leave our luggage in the morning. Perfect customer-oriented service.
Dinner in the restaurant was also great, maybe the best cheese fondue we have ever had, and again, the service was perfect.

Superb location , of course. Most staff was very friendly, especially the young lady at the reception and the restaurant staff. Impeccably clean. Excellent breakfast (lots of choice). Quiet. Recommended.

Amazing location on our way up Grand St Bernard pass. Staff were warm and helpful, with a good level of English. Option of eating at hotel worked out well. Lovely breakfast and we bought fresh bread from the proprietor, for our picnic layer in the day. Quiet location away from main road.
We stayed one night, just need to sleep somewhere on our way, it is very old motel and hotel, the furniture is old and demaged, breakfast is very simple, but you have to realize, that it is really just budget place to stay in switzerland
We had passed over the Col de Saint Bernard from Italy and this was a convenient stop on the way down. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has stopped at n the 70s to some degree but the staff were nice.
Perfect spot on the way to Italy. I enjoyed hiking in the surroundings. The hotel is a bit outdatet but it did not matter at all. The friendly owners and staff, as well as the food made up for it.
A traditional small hotel surrounded by a picturesque mountain scenery! Very warm hospitality and an excellent restaurant! Looking forward to our next visit!
