We had a lake view room with a lovely balcony. It was worth the sat just for the view of the lake. Don't bother with a mountain view unless you are just passing through. The room is a good size and the bathroom works well. The WiFi was reasonably fast and reliable. Loved the terrace in the sunshine and warmer days. Parking is excellent and free. There is even a large number of Tesla fast chargers in the additional parking area across the street. The hotel is located adjacent to the car ferry and the hotel is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Beckenried.

everything, location is amazing, the road to get there is a bit tricky, but once you get there, the views are incredible.

the hotel is really clean and the staff were really nice and I want to give a special thanks to the tall guy with red hair in beard..he gave an extra value to our stay..also the bangali man in the reception was really helpful.

This small and tranquil village at the lake is an ideal stop when travelling by car. It offers wondeful views of the lake and the mountains and some really nice hotels and restaurants that exceeded our expectations. We loved and enojoyed staying at this hotal. The lake and mountain view is just so bueatiful. The breakfast is exellent. Many variety food and drinks to choose. We enojoyed eating breakfast on the patio with the view of Lake of Luzane and the Mountain every monring. The access to the Hotel is easy. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. the front desk has bus schedule to let you know when next one is coming. It takes 15 min bus to the train station, then take anther 15 min train to the city of Luzane. Or you can walk for 5 min to the Ferry station from the Hotel and ride boat to the City of Luzane. The transpotation in Switzland is so easy and conveniently to use.FengUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Beckenried is a good base from which you can visit the area. There is a cable car to the Klewenalp with many walking possibilities, the boats call at Beckenried and you can take trips all over the lake.

great hotel & location, but with no air con in rooms & rubbish service in an over priced restaurant run by inefficient staff who seem to rush around not paying attention to the customers, one order missed then delivered 10 minutes after the first order arrived & missing a vital ingredient no applogies made very indifferent staff on the night. Needs sorting & contact back to me regarding a ruined meal.
