Quiet, idyllic, mountainside area with beautiful views. Easily accessed by car from the north, and by a train ferrying cars from Brig in the south to Kandersteg. Lots of hiking, biking, and other mountainside options with easy access to Interlaken and the surrounding tourist spots.

Quiet little town with excellent links to neighbouring larger towns. The staff were very polite and helpful. Plenty of free parking just outside the entrance to the hotel. My room was cleaned every day and to a good standard, as was the rest of the hotel. The owners, Theo and his wife, are lovely. The hotel is simply furnished, breakfast is continental style, but perfectly adequate. Aeschi is a lovely little village with the basic amenities you need, supermarket, restaurant / bar, bakery, bank.

The views from the bedroom were spectacular. Additionally they didn't charge for bringing our dog. The breakfast was phenomenal and in a very cozy and beautiful room, with another nice views. The hotel staff was super nice as well! Highly recommended.
