Quiet, idyllic, mountainside area with beautiful views. Easily accessed by car from the north, and by a train ferrying cars from Brig in the south to Kandersteg. Lots of hiking, biking, and other mountainside options with easy access to Interlaken and the surrounding tourist spots.

Quiet little town with excellent links to neighbouring larger towns. The staff were very polite and helpful. Plenty of free parking just outside the entrance to the hotel. My room was cleaned every day and to a good standard, as was the rest of the hotel. The host was exceptionally generous, allowing me as a 'long-stay' guest to have use of the hotel's fridge and coffee machine. I was also given a complementary bus pass for the 6 days I was a guest. Breakfasts were 100% with magnificent choices and top quality boiled and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection!

Our room was big and spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a balcony, so had an amazing view of the alps and the surrounding areas. The breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared and just what we needed to start the day. Thanks to Theo and Beatrice for being so welcoming and helping us with planning our time in Aeschi.

The views from the bedroom were spectacular. Additionally they didn't charge for bringing our dog. The breakfast was phenomenal and in a very cozy and beautiful room, with another nice views. The hotel staff was super nice as well! Highly recommended.
