Given that we were not really there to use the fitness facilities which are the main focus of the hotel, but rather to see the zoo, which 15 minutes drive away, we really did appreciate the laid-on transport. The minibus from and to the railway station was, I gather, standard service but also we were given a complimentary lift to and from the zoo, which was, as I say, much appreciated.TrevorUnited Kingdom

It is located right by the ski slope and is aimed at skiers and mountain bikers, which is evident in the design. The hotel itself is planned like a typical resort hotel. The restaurant is very stylish and has a hipster vibe about it. Overall, a very pleasant hotel!

Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice, very nice dinner (3 or 5 courses buffet) with a special price for children. Great location to reach Harsa cross-country skiing area by car, also possible to do down hill skiing or cross country in the village. Nice village with a train access.

Just 2 km to nearest supermarket, Järvsöbacken skislope and the zoo Vildriket. If you are there for skiing, there is a bus scheduled to bring you to Järvsöbacken for free (2023). There is even a drying cabin in the accommodation for your skiing stuff.

We travelled with our 4 month old daughter and it worked perfectly well. Great place to stay either when passing through or while visiting Järvsö.

A dining hall where all guests had their own seats and a buffet dinner in high quality style was being served. Agatha Christie atmosphere 2022 if you will.
