Breakfast was good, not extraordinary at all but was enough to start a work day. The room that I choose has a perfect size, a place to rest, and a small desk for work. TV should offer access to the most common streaming instead of a cable tv.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bellora. I was in Gothenburg for one night and needed something simple and comfortable. It ticked all boxes and more. It was also very affordable, great location, clean, very courteous staff. But the absolute highlight is the breakfast in the restaurant. Wow! Definitely don't miss out on that. 😍
Loved it and I'll definitely be back.

Generally a safe and pretty place to visit, the park was huge and very well maintainted, the Haga district was great and the restaurants and bars are generally great for hanging out. Using public transport tickets it's possible to ride the ferries to the islands, a huge plus!!

I travelled with my friends and I really did not like the city. People there were rude and not accessible enough for tourists like us. We went to one of the clubs named yakida in night after dinner, the guard simply denied our entry and said only guest list people are allowed. But he was allowing every other person from their own country very easily without checking anything.
We felt discriminated there. Tried to ask people here and there but no fruitful response.
Addition to this, There was not too many things to see in gothenburg. I really didn’t like it that much. And would not recommend to anyone.

Gothenburg is not that touristic so don’t expect to find a lot of attractions. It’s great for shopping, I specially liked the tons of second hand and vintage stores around. Also, there are so many delicious vegan restaurants. I’m not vegan but I was fascinated.
Another tip is to go to the islands around to take a walk and a coffee. You can get there pretty easy and the same ticket for the train serves for the ferry.

You have to go to Hagastaden.
You have to go to Hagastaden. We found a lovely fish restaurant which was a godsend while walking in the blizzard.
Strange that the bar Paddys had a man serving who insisted on calling me sir and knew nothing about alcohol.
The bar a few doors down; John Scotts closed about 7 pm. This may be usual for Gothenburg, I have no idea.

Very small city so not much to do if you're there longer than 3 days maybe. We went for the Christmas Markets, for 2 nights, so that was the perfect amount of time and we did everything we wanted to do. Lovely atmosphere and the food is yummy (the Swedish meatballs). Liseberg theme park is huge and a good activity. Haga is good for little cafes.
The location of the hotel is good because it is within the walking distance to the city centre but still in a quiet neighbourhood. There is adjacent parking space and a sports field. The bus to the airport has a stop nearby as well. The frukost is excellent; a bit of everything for all tastes plus gluten free options. The hotel is generally a bit old fashioned and outdated, but still provides good comfort. Very quiet during the night. Pleasant staff. My room was ready before the offical check in. Thank you for that!
The hotel is perfect to experience the city centre of Göteborg as its in the middle of it! The hotel is very neat and fancy, which made the atmosphere perfect. The room looked and felt great and the ventilation was perfect. The day of checkout we ran into some problems which were completely my fault, but were resolved by the receptionist as if she was personally responsible! She was very professional and kind and made me feel at ease.
The beakfast was ok . Location was slightly away from main town tho, easy access is available. Nevertheless the hotel is located near the pier, the building is pretty new , clean bed were comfortable however couldn’t find a phone in the room? .. staff were helpful. Overall a nice stay . If you need to stay closer to main shopping area best to stay at the Clarion hotel post.
The staff is truly fantastic! They're helpful in every way possible. The hotel building, interiors etc are a bit dated but every single thing works.
Breakfast is almost the same everyday but it's good. Breakfast coffee is not the best (but this I found true for most places in Sweden, coffee isn't their thing)
They have a Sauna, which is free to use.
Beautiful hotel in an old building in the middle of Göteborg. The location was great with a park in front, shopping streets very close and a icecream shop in the same building.
Very nice room with a big and nice bathroom. Everything was clean and proper. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great with many alternatives.
Very good hotel in city centre Göteborg in nice surroundings. There's free coffee and tea during the day and the breakfast buffet was varied and good. The breakfast room was very busy on my visit which obviously was somewhat annoying. Definitely a hotel I'll stay at again.
Proximity to the city centre, breakfast and dinner offering was simply super nice! Extremely friendly staff who accommodated both paid as well as complimentary services. Overall this hotel just scored fine in all areas!
I could not live in it .. the reason is the travel restrictions to Sweden and the reservation was not refundable .. so I do not have any evaluation, perhaps at another time I can live in it
The hotel is located in the center of the town, just next to the train station where you can reach every part of Göteborg by local transport or just by walk.
