Lovely little city, with great transport links to Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, if you are wanting to travel around a bit like we did. Great selection of shops, bars and restaurants - Brodernas was our favourite, great prices and amazing food and drink.

I travelled with my friends and I really did not like the city. People there were rude and not accessible enough for tourists like us. We went to one of the clubs named yakida in night after dinner, the guard simply denied our entry and said only guest list people are allowed. But he was allowing every other person from their own country very easily without checking anything.
We felt discriminated there. Tried to ask people here and there but no fruitful response.
Addition to this, There was not too many things to see in gothenburg. I really didn’t like it that much. And would not recommend to anyone.

Gothenburg is not that touristic so don’t expect to find a lot of attractions. It’s great for shopping, I specially liked the tons of second hand and vintage stores around. Also, there are so many delicious vegan restaurants. I’m not vegan but I was fascinated.
Another tip is to go to the islands around to take a walk and a coffee. You can get there pretty easy and the same ticket for the train serves for the ferry.

You have to go to Hagastaden.
You have to go to Hagastaden. We found a lovely fish restaurant which was a godsend while walking in the blizzard.
Strange that the bar Paddys had a man serving who insisted on calling me sir and knew nothing about alcohol.
The bar a few doors down; John Scotts closed about 7 pm. This may be usual for Gothenburg, I have no idea.

Very small city so not much to do if you're there longer than 3 days maybe. We went for the Christmas Markets, for 2 nights, so that was the perfect amount of time and we did everything we wanted to do. Lovely atmosphere and the food is yummy (the Swedish meatballs). Liseberg theme park is huge and a good activity. Haga is good for little cafes.

Very interesting city, alternative sort of scene with cool bars and restaurants, plenty of parks, great museums and very well connected thanks to the frequent public transport. One of my fav spots in Sweden for sure! :)
The location suited me, in Carl Johans, outside of the main city centre but convenient for getting into the city when I wanted to. Hotel was nothing to write home about but it was clean and functional with an underground car park. Breakfast was canteen style but food was very nice and plentiful choice. Room was small (but that was stated in my booking) - access to the bed was tight because of the small room. Again, no tea or coffee facilities in the room and no fridge (seems to be a common theme in the hotels I used in Sweden).
A nice and relatively cheap way to stay in Goteborg. The breakfast was amazing and a good bang for your buck. The location is good. Close to the park and in walking distance of the city center (+- 20 minutes) , although you can also take a tram if you don't like walking. The neighborhood is nice with plenty of little restaurants and supermarkets.
The parking was also very good and convenient.
It's still rather pricey compared to other European hostels, but you know things are more expensive in Sweden.
It is a very tidy and clean apartment. I went to sweden for an important examination. It made me happy to have high quality sleep before the exam.Because there was no noise at all.
Some of my friends in centeral hotels regretted to be in hostels because of noise and bad odours. . The person who owns the place was very helpful and respectful. Even at the 04.00 am in the morning he helped me to figure out public transport to airport.
Great location in Gothenburg city center and a beautiful hotel. All areas of the hotel were immaculate and everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and we got plenty of rest despite being jet lagged. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the coffee and baked goods served throughout the day. We have already decided to stop here the next time we fly in from Texas to visit family in Sweden.
Everything! The flat is adorable and clean.
The host was very friendly and recommended the route for visiting Archipelago of Gothenburg.
The room has very good sound proof and I couldn't hear anything from other people living at the same time.
The location is perfect for people who want to visit the archipelago. It's easy to go from the city center and not far from Saltholmen Brygga.
For me, it met all the basic necessities. I read a review in another platform that the hotel has bed bugs, but it was not the case, thankfully (perhaps rather a cruel allegation). The room was always warm. There is a working shower so hot showers are guaranteed (very useful in cold Sweden). The staff is friendly.
it was a wonderful time!
the hotel is amazing and has so much history preserved!
the staff was wonderful: super helpful and seemed to enjoy their workplace and that is very important I think.
the breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean.
next time we come to Göteborg we plan on staying at the same hotel. ❤️
It was a great choice for our stay in Göteborg. The hotel is very close to the city centre, which helped us visit many places easily. The staff was excellent, they made you feel at home. The rooms were clean and tidy. The lobby was full of books and good energy. Easily a 10/10🙂!!!
I didn’t like one bit of this Place.
There was not one in reception. Is far from town it’s the cheapest Hostel in Gothenburg but it’s not even that cheap at All.
Place was small as F.
Beds in prison are much better than this Kip.

I didn’t miss home, even cried when checking out. Big salutes to stuff’s and chef🧡. I’ll bring my friends and family.
Puss puss 🥰
Everything from room to breakfast, no noise though near the main road, the breakfast was nicely cooked and served. staff were very polite and welcoming. I will definitely use your hotel next time i come to Sweden
Very local, extremely comfortable bed and cozy room. The staff were nice. Never made it to the free waffle bar, but what an amazing touch! Overall a cozy little place to stay if you do not want a huge hotel.
The location is perfect, right in the center of Gothenburg. The hotel has old world charm and modern comfort. The breakfast is exceptional and is served in a beautiful environment.
The excellent breakfast option, as expected in the various Radisson Blu chain hotels in different cities in Sweden. Had been going here twice now, and nothing really to complain.
Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location in the centre of Gothenburg. Very easy to access by car from the main high way. Tram stops in the street outside the hotel.
Cozy and modern hotel, nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast, pretty cheap for its value if booked in advance. A nice atmosphere in general
