This is a really nice little cosy hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, silent and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful and helped us find a better parking at lower cost. Breakfast was well stocked and good variation. Very positive experience.

Breakfast was excellent, atmosphere nice. Good gym. It was great to have a self service kitchen in use, to have an own snack. Location of the hotel was in the middle of the city, close to walking street, restaurants and shops if you need anything. Interesting historical Falu Gruva close to the hotel.

Disabled style wetroom was great.
Christina is especially friendly.
She offered advice about traveling times and where to go.
The resort is ideal for outdoor pursuits. Young families can enjoy the safe and peaceful area to swim, sunbathe, fish and sail.
I think that the resort could be improved by selling a few items in the reception. Or hiring a few items, like sleeping bags, sunbed loungers, garden chairs, beach towels and barbeque kit.
We travelled to Rattvik and did shopping and had coffee and cakes there.
