The location in this park of Hokkaido and the excellent Onsen. Also the Japanese style accommodation was most comfortable and unique.

The nicest host I have ever had the pleasure to stay with! The beds were so comfy I didn't want to get out of bed each day. Our host went over and above to make our stay excellent and even helped us with reservations or getting to nearby Tomamu in the evening for a walk around the village. This is a budget and work hotel in a small town, and I did not expect it to be so clean, so comfortable, and so well designed. There wasn't a lot of space, but the design was brilliant and use of space optimal. Everything was spotless and the beds were great. They also had an amazing sliding wall design that closed off the room from all the little lights that normally make hotel rooms annoyingly bright at night, and blackout curtains. It's very quiet, and you'll get an amazing night's sleep.
