Kutchan is a lovely city with friendly locals and widespread English proficiency, making communication easy. There are plenty of options for renting or purchasing snowboard gear, which is convenient for enthusiasts. Overall, I will definitely return to Kutchan.

The owners were always so pleased to help us out. The view of Yotei from our room was beautiful. It was walking distance from Lawson, Seicomart, the bus stops to Kitchen station/other niseko resorts. The food stalls next door were so tasty and gave us a real flavour of Hokkaido. Thank you for a magical atmosphere 🙏❤️EllieUnited Kingdom

The owners were extremely nice and communicated everything well. There a bus stop for both directions at the entrance making it very accessible to either town. When I got hurt and had to go to the hospital the grandma at the property who used to be a nurse helped re bandage my ankle after the hospital didn’t do a good job and everyone checked on me every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to niseko/kutchan, whatever the season.

Even toothpaste. Kitchen has everything you need. We didn't have the chance to meet the host but he replied our messages very fast. Washing machine and dryer available as well as detergent! The decorations are superb in lodge-like way. The staff can speak English and some Thai (lol). All facilities are at its best. Also, AEON MaxValu (closed at23:00) and Lawson are just 1 min away by walking. And Yotei Mt. view from the hotel is superb!

Niseko has changed a lot over the years with high end luxury hotels which really don’t belong in this once sleepy snow town. this is a family ran ski lodge with the most care and hospitality offered to guests. i’ve found my accommodation in niseko after visiting niseko for 15 years.
