Last minute booking due to unplanned stay before crossing to UK turned into very pleasant night in Zoetermeer. Hotel staff made us feel very welcome, they were very helpful and professional. We use it as a base to see an annual concert in the town. The amenities are good and the bar/restaurant that we use always remembers us for the last visit a year ago and could not be nore welcoming.

The hotel made an exception for me in how many dogs are accepted in the room, went out of their way to make both me and my dogs comfortable (water bowl, bed and treats for the dogs). The staff at reception were very welcoming, and even as the dogs were not allowed in the restaurant, I was invited to settle down for dinner in the bar area. I would definitely return!
