First of all, I have been coming to this resort for 20 years and I have stayed in many hotels/guest houses. This is my favourite by far.
It felt like I was staying with my family. The ladies who run this hotel are amazing. They are attentive, friendly, caring and super helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, it had everything we needed, in a cute dining room with alpine and garden views. A great start to the day.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable with the traditional modern Austrian theme. The house keepers were great. The location is perfect, a little walk to the lift with lots of restaurants and shops close by.
Also the sauna area was awesome.
I can’t explain how amazing our stay was. It felt like I was staying at my aunties house.

We ate at the Schulhaus down the road which was beyond all expectation good; delicious simple but stylish menu, wonderful wines and delightful hosts. View fantastic with leg rugs for cooler times and wonderfully quiet; birdsong rather than piped music!
You do need a car to get around and some driving experience for the mountain roads
The hotel is super cute and in a very beautiful location. The staff was extremely helpful, and always responded in a very timely manner. We only had cake from the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. Also the play area for kids is great. So much to do, it kept our boys busy.
