Very nice hotel convenient to highway and several ski areas within 60 minute drive. Hotel is mid-sized with its own restaurant (good food at dinner - excellent breakfast included - great selection). Room was modern, well appointed, and comfortable - everythng you would want/expect.

The property is on the outskirts of Wenns, which is a small village not far up the Pitztal. There is a supermarket about 20 minutes' walk from the property, so maybe 1.5km, through the village. It is right next to a bus stop, bearing its name, so handy for stopping off on the way back from the day's activities. Other than that our focus was on the mountains and numerous hiking trails, so didn't really explore Wenns, or sample it restaurants, as we tended to eat at one of the mountain refuges.

The flat is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance and very nice terrace. The hostess was very nice and welcoming, we got a bottle of local wine and a small sample of local delicacy, a pine-jelly, as a welcome present. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary items, even including an egg boiler:) We enjoyed our stay enormously, especially the quiet times with coffee on the terrace.HelenaCzech Republic

She also helped us with some practical stuff, like finding a ATM. The house is very clean and it has everything you need. Also the garden is very nice. The location of Regensburgerhaus is wonderfull. You can go in many directions like futher into Pitztal but also the kaunertal and Imst are close by. We liked our stay so much dat we stayed an couple days longer.

Hotel 'Sonne' is conveniently placed along the hiking trail near E5 if you are crossing the Alps. Once you managed to cross the Krahberg and hike another 10km you appreciate all this hotel has to offer. The staff is super friendly and authentic. They do all they can to make you feel comfortable. Particularly, we were so hungry that the food they offered could be rated 5-star from our perspective :-)

The room is small, but comfortable. The bathroom is newly decorated and extremely clean. A bottle of spring water on the coffee table as a nice surprise. I only stayed one night, I was sorry that I haven't had time to enjoy the view of the garden or to have a cup of coffee on the beautiful terrace of the hotel.
