Britta and her team were really reactive and pleasant. They are always reachable and available. Excellent services offered. The chalet (rufikopf) was clean, recent and nicely decorated. Perfect to host 2 couples and 2 kids. The sauna was brand new and clean. Really nice to have in the chalet. The TV room in the basement was cool. Staff were utterly delightful, warm and chatty, service was excellent. The food was great too: beautifully presented and abundant evening meal, ample and diverse breakfasts. We tried to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked. Not unsurprisingly. A great find. Will return.ElizabethItaly

The hotel is fine and really close to the parking if you want to ski (3min drive). You could even take the bus which is stopping in front of the hotel or walk there in around 10min. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out were quite fast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we were unwell on our first night. The breakfasts and evening meals were delicious, with very generous portions.
