Personnel - Friendly personnel.
Check-in, check-out - Quick and easy check-in and check-out.
Room - Economy Twin Room is spacious, with good quality furniture including minibar, quiet and with warm interior design. The room was facing Central Station and had a nice view over the mountain behind the station.
Breakfast - Good breakfast in a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice service personnel greet every guest.
Other services - There is a lounge area on the 1st floor, where one can spend some time working or just read newspapers. There is also a vending machine there which is quite useful in the late evenings or on Sundays.

We only stayed one night in Villach on our way to an extended stay in Italy. We had a wander round the old town however and it appeared to have many very interesting features. Fabulous little city, romantic downtown, great church.
Fabulous little city, romantic downtown, great church. Shopping and pedestrian zone superb. Landskron castle a must visit, Food and amenities super. Downtown hotels are very attractive and stylish, the river Drau is impressive. The lakes, Faaker and Ossiacher are brillant and pristine. Would go back in a heartbeat, stay was too short.

Nassfeld mountain filled our day with great excitement, such as: Cable car, flying fox adventure park and a cool slide down the mountain. Minimundus and few hours by the lake were nice too. Other than that we were short on ideas of things to do nearby- So we recommend to spend 3 days max here.

The structure is an old hotel converted in a bunch of apartments which is a wonderful idea. The bathroom is completely renovated, featuring a big shower (which could really use a shower curtain). The owner left towels, shampoos, and a hairdryer. The structure offers an underground garage that is really helpful especially in winter and rainy days.GiadaItaly
