Welness area was very nice and the fact that the car could be parked in the garage.
The lady that made the beds made funny bears/ elephant out of the towels which brought a smile on our faces when we came back after skiing.

The Hotel was clean, the staff didn’t speak great English, and the reception staff were rude.
The waiters were super friendly.
The pool was very nice and the hot outside pool was really good.
The food was always really tasty, on the first few nights it was slow to come out but over all really good.
The owner was very gentle and helpful, they wait us until we came at late time, the property very clean, the room furnature is new, amazing kitchen tools, there is a nice area for child playing containing trampoline and swing and football, nice outside seating area, the location is in good area near from fiss, surfaus and ladis. There are a bakery near from the hotel.
