It’s a small family-run hotel in the Alps and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful. The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.

Great location, with wonderful peaceful surroundings and not too many tourists. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable; the landlord was very friendly and helpful. The pastry delivery service was excellent! In these COVID times we particularly appreciated the possibility to get our children officially tested when we were leaving, which came in handy for our further travels. We highly recommend the scenic hike directly from the doorstep via Sauereggnock up Königstuhl and down through beautiful Rosanintal, ended with Jausen & beer at Esslalm. For very pleasant swimming, Millstätter See is just a 45-minute drive away.
