The staff was very nice and helped to solve all my requests (for example to borrow wine glasses in the evening or to store food in the fridge when we wanted to go to the lake after the check-out) The location is very good with the ability to reach the lake by foot and free parking is available at the property. The apartment was very clean and well equipped (minibar, hairdryer, coffee machine, etc.).

Didnt expect such a big apartment. Everything was great, and the location is excellent. Definitely will visit again, maybe in the ski season.

The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.
