Landhaus is in a good location - Horbergbahn ski lift is nearby (3min walk), if you want to go to Mayrhofen, Ahorn resort you may take ski bus (bus stop is 50m from the property and travel is <10min). Arena and Optimal resorts can be reached by train - catch train at Mayrhofen Bahnhof or Bichl train stop (1km of walk). Visited Penken, Ahorn, Hochzillertal (Optimal) and Hintertux using public transport. Host was very attentive and helpful. Perfect atmosphere during the stay. Nice view from balcony. The room was kept clean all the time. Spacious parking lot. Breakfast was rich!

First of all, I have been coming to this resort for 20 years and I have stayed in many hotels/guest houses. This is my favourite by far. It felt like I was staying with my family. The ladies who run this hotel are amazing. They are attentive, friendly, caring and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious, it had everything we needed, in a cute dining room with alpine and garden views. A great start to the day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with the traditional modern Austrian theme. The house keepers were great. The location is perfect, a little walk to the lift with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also the sauna area was awesome. I can’t explain how amazing our stay was. It felt like I was staying at my aunties house.

Perfect place, very close to the main gondola, just 5 min walk in boots. Generous breakfast and very good and tasty dinner. A bit tough with parking, but owner helps us.
