I did not visit Schlitters as such, I was there to ski in the Zillertal valley. This hotel i in the beginning of the valley so nearest resort is Fugen that is about 10min in a car from the hotel with free parking. Then there are several options all the way to Hintertux (45min). All ski resorts offer free parking. There is also a Super Ski Pass for the whole valley that one can buy.

Plenty of dishes, pans, and pots. All furniture is new and tastefully chosen, with a comfortable bed. They provided a crib and a high chair for feeding for the child for free. Free parking right next to the building, and the train station is just 1 minute away from the hotel, which is very, very convenient. There is also a separate room for skis and snowboards.

If you want to use the ski bus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The room is clean and big, it has a nice balcony and the view is fantastic. The staff is really friendly and they do their best to accomodate everyone. You can tell it’s a family business and the people there truly care about their guests.

Location was good, you'll need a car to get around the area or you can catch the train as the train station is very conveniently at your doorstep. Facilities are quite new and good communication from the hosts. Everything you need to know about your apartment / hotel is in an information pack which you receive prior to arriving. I would recommend staying here

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Nice central position in the wee town of Schlitters, only a short walk from a supermarket and other shops. Easy walk to the stunning swimming lake - absolutely beautiful place to spend a day.
