Charming town with amazing views of mountains.
Charming town with amazing views of mountains. It's a resort town, lots of shops for ski and hike clothing, shoes, apparatus, lots of restaurants. The Kanzelwand cable car to the top of the mountain is great. The church is so lovely, and its bells ring all day (but not all night). We were there in August, hot at home, so cool and refreshing in Riezlern. The views are fantastic in every direction, the air is so clean and fresh, the cows in summer pasture make such beautiful music with their bells. Absolutely loved it!

Riezlern is a nice place right in the middle of...
Riezlern is a nice place right in the middle of Kleinwalsertal. You can travel along the valley on the Walserbus free of charge which is a good idea to keep cars out of the place. As most of the hotels offer dinner for their guests it is sometimes difficult to find a restaurant. I also enjoyed the nice swimming pool in Riezlern.

Our Gästekarte allowed us to use the regional Bergbahnen free of charge, which really made the stay worth it. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast was also well appointed. The view from our room, the calm, the surrounding gardens and farms make this place an idyllic getaway.

The location is very good. There are bus stations close to the hotel and with the guest card you can reach all other attractions in the region easily.
