The atmosphere on entry is unique as is the character of each of the spacious rooms. Ours was equipped with spacious bath tub as well as shower; other traditional features of the castle (library, chapel, Rittersaal) are accessible to guests, unfortunately not the splendid castle garden.WalterItaly

The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop and cable car station are just across the road, large grocery store is just 3 min walking distance. Overall, highly recommended.

The room was nice, the sauna and indoor pool were good and the reception accommodated a request we made to have the hotel shuttle drive us a little further than the last programmed stop. In terms of location, it's a mere 2 and 7 minutes away from Reith and Wildschönau Ski Jewel lifts respectively, and some 10 minutes of walk from the magical town of Reith im Alpbachtal.
