The staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Location is great you can reach most activities in one hour time or less than that. The building is new and has most of the needs to the family and our stay. The noise which was in behind ingoing building and constructions it wakes us up little bit earlier than our planned time. Also the restaurant is super active and visitors were so louds till late night time with no control from hotel management as they leave at 4pm. Location of the apartments is nearby town celebration hall during our stay and was annoying our peaceful nights! Most of the disfaction about the NOISE!

Lovely nature and rocks, skiing only 10-15 minutes from here and owners are very nice and kindness. We love our appartment so much! Piesendorf is a small village near Kaprun and Zell am See. For skiing you would need a car though some public transport is available. It was good for a family holiday as we did not go out much - but for singles or couples the place is properly too far away from the action. Easy access to both Kaprun and Zell am See.
Easy access to both Kaprun and Zell am See. Both are big towns with plenty to do. We liked to eat at the Gasthof Mitterwirt in the next village along, about a 5 minute drive. The Kaprun spa is great for both families and adults!

The equipment and accommodation are just perfect. Very modern, full of wood, and really comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool outside but warm to 24 with a sauna = which was super relaxing after skying. Owners are very sympathetic people with pro clients approach. Prosseco and Bier as the welcome drink was really nice after 6 hours of riding. One of the best places we have ever visited.

It was cozy, smelled nicely, had well-equiped kitchen, amazing bathroom and comfortable bed. Hosts are exceptionally welcoming and caring. Every little detail was well thought through, from provided amenities to clever ideas in the design of the room itself. We really loved the place. Location is also great. It is a good base for hiking, it is close to Kaprun (nice approx. 30min walk or 10min ride by localbahn) and Piesendorf is much nicer, calm and quiet.

Insider tip for skiers: Wildkogel Arena Neukirchen & Bramberg is a less crowded and cheaper ski area.
