Carmen, the hostess, is very nice, welcoming and attendtive. We were late past check-in time, but Carmen assured us it's ok and waited for us until we arrived. The room is very basic, but nice and cosy. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous with a variety of dishes (fruits, juices, cheeses, salami, eggs and cereals).

Our room had a nice view over the valley and mountain. Very good water pressure in the bathroom shower. We had nice breakfast and dinner at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful in order for us to have a nice and relaxing stay. In front of the hotel is the bus station, which takes you to the Stubai Glacier and the town of Innsbruck. Also, the hotel has a well equiped spa below the ground floor.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly. We had half-board. For breakfast lot of choices, dinner 5 courses and delicious. Good choice of wine. You receive also Stubai Super Card which allows you to visit lot of places for free and use also cable cabins for free. To glacier and other places for hiking.

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and a lot of love for the detail. The food, the Spa area and the room were excellent. There was even live music at the bar on Saturday evening. The staff at the reception, bar and in the restaurant was very polite and helpful. There were a separate room for the ski equipment.
