Excellent staff, VERY friendly and nice. Check-in was fast and smooth. Excellent location and views of the lake. Right on the lake front side, which is amazing. It is nearby everything you need from the shopping area to the city attractions. The room is well maintained and clean. I was given car parking, which is a big advantage. I really enjoyed my stay. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The location was amazing with truly ski on and ski out...and great even for non-skiers with access to 3 gondalas. The lockers even had boot heaters! The room was perfect for families and the food and staff were exceptional! Every night...the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a massage, pool, sauna on site was great and made our vacation easy and perfect... especially for the price!
