Excellent staff, VERY friendly and nice. Check-in was fast and smooth. Excellent location and views of the lake. Right on the lake front side, which is amazing.
It is nearby everything you need from the shopping area to the city attractions. The room is well maintained and clean. I was given car parking, which is a big advantage. I really enjoyed my stay. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They did everything to help us with our needs. The breakfast and dinner are typical Austrian -- homemade and delicious. The location is excellent. You can easily reach mountains, lakes, rivers, caves, cities, castles... The hotel's swimming pool with an outstanding view of the mountains is stunning!!!

The owners are really nice, always helpful if needed. Around the house there is a horse/donkey farm so it was really nice surprise for our small daughter. Shopping in Maishofen and lake in Zell am See is within walking distance. For skiing we took a car, there is 10 minutes away skiing area in Zell am See or Saalbach.

We also enjoyed that it was not a Hotel Business it was a holiday on a farm style easy and relaxed. I traveled with my parents in the 80s and they loved the atmosphere from the castle as well as the one from the farm side with fresh eggs and local food.
