This 17th-century hunting lodge is at the entrance of the Kühtai Saddle mountain pass. It offers a restaurant with a panoramic terrace. In winter, the slopes are directly accessible from the hotel.

It was a cozy little apartment which suits the purpose of sleeping. Exactly what I was looking for! Very friendly staff! My stay was during summer, therefore it was not as crowded as during winter! :)

The breakfast was wonderful and enough. The location was very quiet.
it's an idyllic village in the middle of the mountains, but...
it's an idyllic village in the middle of the mountains, but still very close to Innsbruck having perfect snow conditions and secured snow every winter. Small enough to keep its exclusivity. Never overcrowded.
I really enjoyed the wellness area which was not busy during summer. We used finnish sauna, pools and steam room. Hotel is nearly new, you can see everything is nearly new and keep maintended. They have around 5 charging stations which is really good, we charged our car free of charge. Great breakfast, variaty of milks and sweet pastry. Choice of cheese, yogurts, ham and so on. The hotel/restaurant manager is professional and keeps the hotel going. Will come back again this year and hopefully I can change my review to better next time.
Nicely upgraded hotel with good service and spectacular access from ski room (secure ski and heated boot storage) to and from ski pistes right alongside. Superior restaurant, good but not spectacular wine list. Friendly and attentive staff. Extensive spa with an impressive range of facilities (pool, saunas, steam room, infra-red room, ice pool...). Comfortable rooms with "alpine timber" decor. Nice public spaces.
Great modern hotel with good facilities and ski room. Food is good but not special. We had to get our Dinner/breakfast table moved as we were put in a poor spot originally but thereafter all was good. On the last day we noticed you could request different eggs. If we had known this was on offer we would have made use. Thomaz behind the bar needs a special mention. He looked after us very well indeed.
We stayed in 3seenhaus, which is a lovely modern building, beautifully designed and feels very luxurious. It is next to one of the major lifts, and has a great boot room and ski hire within the building, so all super convenient. Also had a great wellness centre with sauna. The hotel breakfast (in the main hotel building) was really good, and the reception/bar area was nice for a drink in the evening.
everything was just perfect.
from arrival to departure it went smooth, easy check in on a computer. Fast response on our questions online.
very clean and very new, placed on the top with a great view.
breakfast service, go grab some bread.
beds were made and towels ready, felt like a hotel.
allowed to bring our dog.
About the hotel, I liked how comfortable it was for the family. We were 5, and the room we got was big enough to fit us all. What is more, the apartment had a private sauna; that was an extra bonus we were not expecting. In addition, they brought a bottle of sec for my boyfriend's birthday. They were really considerate.
We like the idea of renew the old hotel and that is currently - also during our stay there - in the procedure of renewal, the combination of modern design and mountain wooden style but is definitely not worth of money for the accommodation that is not yet even fully ready to welcome guest!
Very clean and comfortable place including small kitchen and all equipment. Excellent location for hiking. After long day enjoyed sauna. Super friendly hostess. Very good home food in hotel restaurant.
The staff was great, the room large and luxurious, a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, just a sensation. This hotel met my expectations and I will be there again.
