Hotel is nearly new, you can see everything is nearly new and keep maintended. They have around 5 charging stations which is really good, we charged our car free of charge. Great breakfast, variaty of milks and sweet pastry. Choice of cheese, yogurts, ham and so on. The hotel/restaurant manager is professional and keeps the hotel going. Will come back again this year and hopefully I can change my review to better next time.

Superior restaurant, good but not spectacular wine list. Friendly and attentive staff. Extensive spa with an impressive range of facilities (pool, saunas, steam room, infra-red room, ice pool...). Comfortable rooms with "alpine timber" decor. Nice public spaces.

It is next to one of the major lifts, and has a great boot room and ski hire within the building, so all super convenient. Also had a great wellness centre with sauna. The hotel breakfast (in the main hotel building) was really good, and the reception/bar area was nice for a drink in the evening.

The room with balcony was good, although because there is not really a badroom space there is not enough space for towels and other stuff to hang. The bed was amazing! Breakfast and dinner were both available from a buffet, which made it a little less good than when I would be served in my opinion.

The hotel tried hard to cope with the COVID curfew restrictions in an elegant way, e.g. for the New Year eve terrace drinks ( to be ordered in advance etc.). Even a small midnight snack was provided in the hotel room in advance.

Fast response on our questions online. very clean and very new, placed on the top with a great view. breakfast service, go grab some bread. beds were made and towels ready, felt like a hotel. allowed to bring our dog.
