It was a fantastic experience. Breakfast was perfect, the dinner excellent. They offered the possibility to choose a vegetarian main dish. The room was great. We also used their fancy welness.
The location of the hotel is very close to the center of Lech, and still, it was very quite (which is, for me, very important)
The staff was extremely helpful. We even booked an extra night... something we've never done before ;-)

So, let's describe all the benefits. First of all, the online check-in process. It saves time upon your arrival; since we traveled by car and arrived late, the final check-in at the reception was quick. Initially, we scheduled a smaller room. However, we had upgrades and got a suite for the same price, which happened the first time in my life, and I travel a lot! Thanks for that bonus! It was my first skiing vacation, and we decided to spend extra to ensure that nothing could spoil this vacation.
The room itself had all as described. However, we recommend adding bathrobes. We had a big hope to wrap ourselves in warm bathrobes after the sauna and out to the balcony to enjoy the evening. However, it never happened.
The breakfasts were awesome. Although they did not have a hot breakfast, upon request, they added scrambles. They delivered breakfast to the room, which was very convenient since the canteen is located in another building and is quite far away, within fifteen minutes' walking distance.
The room was super clean. The cleaner came every day, which was not even required. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the weather.
The mountain view is fabulous. Even at night, since we were lucky to come at full moon (in the photo, it is the moon and sunrise simultaneously - amazing!).
The staff at the reception is super friendly and always available. Thank you for your job!

Town of Klosterele has nothing really to offer apart from a very few restaurants. Next to the apartment is a supermarket and the skibus stops prior to the resort being convenient.
But staying at the resort is magnificent and travel by car to the main slopes in the Ski Arlberg area is just a matter of a few minutes. The town itself is very easy to access from the highway in2 minutes only.

Perfectly arranged down to the last detail...all information in advance via personal web page, contactless/digital check-in...everything in the resort clean, tidy and highly finished...apartment fully equipped with a very extensive starter package (included).. .wonderful wellness facilities (included)...fresh bread rolls every morning (included)...free private taxi in the morning to the ski lift Sonnekopfbahn or to Alpe Rauz (which is a perfect starting point for Ski Arlberg)...during your stay directly contact via Whatssapp for all kinds of questions. In short; very good and 100% recommended!
This is an incredible hotel with a great restaurant and very good service. I wonder why it is a 3 star hotel. It definitely corresponds to a 4 star level. The food is very delicious and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. Stuben is 5-minute drive and from there you have direct access to the Arlberg ski area. Parking in Stuben is free. The only thing it's a little bit far away from the cable car.
Best value for money in the area! The room was super clean, the host extra friendly and the location is great, not far from Ski lift, a few restaurants around the hotel and a small supermarket with all you need walking distance! There is a common kitchen at Haus St. Martin, which is very convenient too. We would definitely come back! Thank you Andrea for everything!
Host Andrea is very friendly and well guided over the stay. well explained the Lech and surrounded places and attractions. very good hospitality and available over phone.
very well maintained Kitchen and Toilets, very good access to all attractions nearby. also there is a bus stop close to the hotel.
simply it is budget hotel.

Super friendly staff! Excellent rooms, great beds! The toilet and the bathroom were separated in our room, which increased the comfort. Breakfast was really good, freshly made eggs according to wishes were served in a pan. The restaurant offered really awesome food! Parking is free and there are many spaces just in front of the hotel.
The Hotel has and shares everything that makes staying relaxing and comfortable: attentive and very professional staff (in all areas), delicious food, nice spa zone, big ski storage, parking.
Would like to emphasize the dinner time - starts at 5.30 p.m., what is very convenient for skiers.
We felt really welcome during the stay!
+ Diner and breakfast are really good and the portions big!;
+ Our room was big and clean, and above all the beds where comfy;
+ Skibus stops in front of the hotel (10 min to Stuben am Alberg);
+ Good Sauna.
Perfectly delicious breakfast and dinner, freshly prepared scrambled eggs and amazing Schnapps selection, lovely personnel, very clean and comfy rooms, the ski bus stops right in front of the hotels and drops you in front of the lift.
The apartment was well furnished, modern and clean. The village is close to Sonnenkopf and Arlberg, has a few restaurants and a supermarket. We also went on some free guided tours with the guest card provided for free by the hotel.
Alpine lodge is a great place to stay. Great communication, and facilities. We arrived late but were able to easily access the apartment.
The ski room was an added bonus as was the ability to buy ski passes at the hotel.
