Place for experienced ski/snowboarders to go. Runs are challenging with mainly reds and blacks and the only way down to resort is a red run. Lifts are all very modern and fast with a barely a que anywhere.
The resort is pretty expensive with lots of high end luxury restaurants and bars with great food and wine. It is quite a compact resort so probably only takes 20 minutes to walk from one side to the other.

One of the largest completely connected skiresorts in Austria (with high altitude). In my opinion, it's the second best to St Anton (i.e. Ski Arlberg). Really great place but I'd recommend it for good skiers only.

Ischgl is a great ski resort.
Ischgl is a great ski resort. It is big enough, the show is a high quality and there are a lot of restaurants and aprés ski places. It is a dream place for someone who likes to ski, but also enjoys the party afterwards.

Massive mountain but not challenging - plenty of easy wide runs for beginner and intermediate skiers making it good for families. Lots of restaurants on the mountain made it easy to stop for lunch and breaks. The morning gondola is a crush to get on - but after that the lifts move fast and are in good condition. Lots of apres bars. Make dinner reservations in Ischgl restaurants if you want any hope of securing a table during busy 6:30pm/7pm dinner service.

Great skiing area nice and high so no problem with snow.
Great skiing area nice and high so no problem with snow. Efficient lifts . Good mountain restaurants with excellent toilet facilities. Best toilets I’ve come across in 40 years skiing. Nice wide pistes well maintained. Best to get to restaurants around 12 as they get very crowded later.

This is the best of the best.
This is the best of the best. Great ski area, top end apres ski and restaurants. Wonderful atmosphere and pretty village. The locals are personally very invested in the present and the future of the resort. Massive investment into facilities. An example to other Austrian ski resorts.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk from the gondola.
The food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic every single day. And to top things off, our main waiter, Sarlia, is the nicest guy I have ever met. He was very friendly and polite throughout our entire stay. He really did make our stay more enjoyable.
The spa facilities were also very nice and relaxing. 100% will be staying again.
Amazing luxury 5 star hotel in a small and quiet village. Great and very friendly staff. Upgraded our rooms. Don’t miss the half board that included a 5-course dinner (amazing dishes and great service). Restaurant Staff were very nice and helped to celebrate our daughter’s birthday (thank a lot). Good for 3-4 day stay (hitching, biking, free tickets from hotel to take the gondola, rafting “desk made the booking for us”, nice swimming pool..).
Hotel owners were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast spread too - something which all 3 of us in the family enjoyed. Our son especially enjoyed his morning hot choccie whilst we had our teas and coffees. Room was a really nice size too - one of the most spacious and comfortable we've had in any ski resort. A proper "family" sized room.
Spacious rooms (comparing to other ski resorts), well equipped kitchen (although toaster would be great), great location (bus stops right in front of the door both directions, and if you missed this one, there's another bus on the road below, the stop is ~600m away)
The host was very nice and helpful with all our inquiries
We had a wonderful stay in Chasa Patria during the Christmas holidays. The host Nadine was very kind and helpful. The apartment was brand new, recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. There is a free shuttle to the gondola just 2 minutes to the house. We definitely will come again to Ischgl.
Very clean, spacious and cozy apartment,
very well suited to accommodate our party of six people.
The kitchen is fully functioning and well
equipped. Car parking is just next to the house,
the ski room is easily accessible.
Ski lifts and their parking is about 5
minutes drive (we didn’t use the ski bus).
Great hosts. It is family run hotel with great location just 2 minutes from the ski lift. They have a lot of little perks for hotel guests, such as discounts for ski rental...etc
It has great parking.
And you can take a shower after the skiing on your last day after the check out-absolutely wonderful :)
The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. We also recommend the fingerfood, it's a decent diner portion and tastes good! The location of the hotel is very nice (walking distance to ischgl) and you have nice viewes from your balcony. Nice host. We really recommend staying here!
Very good hotel, great staff, fantastic food (kudos to their chef) in the evening. (we were half board) and there is also a very nice SPA that we could enjoyed. I would highly recommend this Hotel for those who stay at ISCHGL as we felt very welcomme and received great service.
The hotel and staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and took incredible care of us even through broken bones and flight delays. The breakfast is incredible, the beds are super comfortable, the distance to the lift is good. Perfect for families. Hope to get to go again.
Very good breakfast. Very good a la carte restaurant for the evening ( with reservation).
Two saunas, one humid and a dry one. But the time is limited, starts at 16-18.45.
The ski bus stops exactly in the front of the hotel. There are aprx 3 Km to Ischgl
Location great. Ski lift and apres ski 1 minute walk. Kustahl on site. Great breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff, excellent room - we had 2 bedroom studio with living room and kitchen. Beautiful dining room. Quiet. Great ski storage area and spa.
The spa was extremely nice with several saunas, from traditional to steam sauna. Together with the excellent skiing and ski in 20 m this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hosts made the stay a very warm experience, helping with reserving restaurants.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and welcoming, while still being very stylish. I felt right at home as everything was very clean and whenever I needed something, they managed a way to get it for me!
The room was very nice and modern. We had the double room which came with a large balcony and good view. Parking was free. It was very close to the ski bus stop and easy to get to Ischgl
Really friendly small hotel with everything you could hope for. Food was great (but a lot aa you expect in Austria) and presented like a top London restaurant. Super clean and well located
the appartment was spacious and well equiped. the sauna space is relaxing and clean. the staff is very helpfull. the bus stops just down the hill and connection to ischgl is eady
