Incredibly well-stocked amenities with a microwave oven, filter coffee machine, glasses, plates needed to make easy meals. It was a hotel room with a sofa, and not an 'apartment' but perfect for 2 people. Lots of wardrobe space and hooks for hanging ski gear. Short drive to Panoramabahn ski lift. We especially liked the recycling bins that were placed in the hallway outside the room for our use.

The place is so clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are utensils to use, microwave, water kettle, coffee machine- OMG I was so excited to feel like am home and not missing anything. There’s a Pizza place just walking distance from the hotel so I didn’t sleep hungry which was good as I arrived late at the Apartment. Can I just add again how clean this place is, ok I will stop now!

The location, just a 4-minute drive from the KitzSki lift, was convenient. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a basement recreation room featuring a pool table, board games, and a stocked fridge. Our two children had a great time playing there after a day on the slopes.

Room was spacious, cozy, clean and quiet. Food was great and staff very attentive to get us whatever we needed. Spa area a bit small but again never overcrowded and very clean and tidy all the time. This is really a great hotel to enjoy some relaxing time.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Food and coffee are great. Definitely recommended. Tip: from the parkingplace you can make a nice hike of an hour along the river that runs through the valley and leads to the hotel.
