First of all, I have been coming to this resort for 20 years and I have stayed in many hotels/guest houses. This is my favourite by far. It felt like I was staying with my family. The ladies who run this hotel are amazing. They are attentive, friendly, caring and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious, it had everything we needed, in a cute dining room with alpine and garden views. A great start to the day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with the traditional modern Austrian theme. The house keepers were great. The location is perfect, a little walk to the lift with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also the sauna area was awesome. I can’t explain how amazing our stay was. It felt like I was staying at my aunties house.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great. Breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose from. Beds were comfortable. I slept very well. I especially liked the Zirben pillows that brought a nice smell. Really great experience and I do recommend the place!
